What Makes This Role Unique
- Source candidates using your network for the IT based roles

Identify new sourcing strategies to proactively build a talent pipeline

Review and screen resumes and prequalify potential candidates prior to scheduling interviews

Manage candidates through our testing recruitment process

Manage candidate experience and gauge interest for current and future positions

Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, internet searches, networking etc.

Participate in projects/initiatives to build, pilot and enhance our sourcing capabilities

Accountable for end-to-end recruitment – including needs analysis, building recruitment strategies for vacant positions while partnering with hiring managers and President to provide guidance through the offer negotiation process

Organization is key in the role, as there is no ATS in place

Keep abreast of current trends and recruitment tools in the employment marketplace to build strategies

Monitor our hiring practices to ensure legal compliance

Maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative and varied sourcing channels.

Manage the onboarding of employees.

Provide guidance and feedback to managers throughout the recruitment process

Provide feedback to Management on what’s working, opportunities and trends and recommend solutions to enhance our Sourcing and Recruitment practices

Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
-
Minimum experience of 2-3 years of recruitment experience in the technology space

Up to date with current active sourcing tools and have a track record of tough-to-find technical talents.

Experience in identifying, developing, and maintaining a vast network of passive candidates

Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience

Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines, cultures, and time zones
-
Flexibility: you can adapt to new directions quickly

Employer Branding experience (job fairs, company events, and social media activities)
