VJCT Volunteer Code of Conduct Policy
Vic Juba Community Theatre – Volunteer Code of Ethics
As a not-for-profit organization with a mission of engaging, enriching and inspiring the community through arts and cultural experiences, Vic Juba Community Theatre’s (VJCT) policy is to uphold the highest legal, ethical and moral standards. Our patrons, donors and volunteers support VJCT because they trust us to be good stewards of their resources, and to uphold rigorous standards of conduct. Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires the careful observance of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as a scrupulous regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity as outlined in our organization’s “Volunteer Code of Conduct Policy”.
It is the intent of VJCT to strive for the highest ethical conduct from all Volunteers. In an effort to achieve this, each Volunteer is required to acknowledge (by signing) the following Volunteer Code of Ethics upon becoming a registered VJCT Volunteer. This acknowledgement will be secured and kept on file in the offices of the Vic Juba Community Theatre by the Accounting & HR Administrator.
