    The Marketplace is in the Livestock Building, adjacent to the show rings.  Vendor names and logos are promoted through our social media pages and listed in the Fibre Faire Showbook.

    Booth Fee:(approx. 10 x 10)

    $65.00 for members

    $75 for non members 

    Tables and Chairs are not provided

    Please Note: This is a juried show, not all applicants are guaranteed a table. Once accepted you will have 5 business days to pay your table fee otherwise you forgo your spot and risk loss of your spot.

  • NOTE: THE REPRESENTATIVES OF Alpca Ontario RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISALLOW CERTAIN TYPES OF PRODUCTS FROM BEING SOLD AT THE Marketplace. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:  Vendors agree to accept full responsibility for any loss, damage or accident occurring at the AO Fibre Faire & Show as a result of negligence or willful default on the part of the vendor. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth neat and clean at all times. At the end of the weekend, the vendor is required to remove everything from their space and leave the selling area as it was when they arrived. Everything that comes in with you, must leave with you including any recyclable/reuse that your area may generate. If the booth is not clean, the booth will be cleaned and the cost concurred will be billed to the  vendor accordingly. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own displays, garbage can/box, bags, cash float etc.              

    DISCLAIMER: Space is allocated as per the discretion of the committee. We’ve designed the floor plan to ensure a smooth flow throughout the venue. We’ve attempted to make sure that the vendors attending are not in direct  competition with each other; offering the shoppers a very unique experience. It is your responsibility to set-up your space and all booths must be ready by 9:00 am on Saturday and must stay set up until 1 pm on Sunday.

    SUBMISSION POLICY: If you have been accepted to be a vendor—we will send you a link to which you can pay by credit card. BOOTH SPACE IS CONFIRMED WITH GUARANTEED PAYMENT and Vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
