The following requirements are contained in the VSO Code of Practice for Breeders wishing to apply for the Breeders' Directory. Please answer 'yes' or 'no'. By answering 'yes' to any question, you CERTIFY (guarantee to be true) that you will fulfill and comply with these requirements.

Registration of Breeding Stock and Puppies *

Purchase a Puppy Membership in the VIzsla Society of Ontario for each of my buyers.

National Breed Club Membership Status

If the Vizsla Society of Ontario (VSO) determines, after an investigation, that I have failed to meet the requirements of the VSO Breeders' Code of Practice, I acknowledge the VSO’s right to remove my name from the Breeders’ Directory until such time as I can provide documented proof that I am meeting the requirements. *

You will be advised regarding the approval of your application.
After approval, you will be sent an invoice for $25 Cdn. You may either pay by PayPal (credit card or your bank account) or by Interac - E-transfer. Payment instructions will be on the invoice.
Your breeder listing will not be published until you are both approved and have paid.
The $25 Breeders' Directory Fee is an Annual fee and it is not pro-rated.
You must re-apply each year for the Breeders' List.
Note: fees are non-refundable.
