3) Installation, handling or packing instructions

Please make sure your art is ready for exhibit with proper hanging wire and frame. If you are submitting a 3 dimensional object or any art piece with specific installation requirements, please make sure to describe the instalment requirements clearly.

4) Documentation
4.1) The Lotus Art Gallery may make archival photographic, audio or video documentation of the EXHIBIT for potential use by the Lotus Art Gallery for marketing, publicity and public relations projects, use on the World Wide Web and in social media related to the Lotus Art Gallery.*

4.2) The Lotus Art Gallery retains the right to use all submitted images and information pertaining to the EXHIBIT submission and this Application for promotional materials related to EXHIBIT.*

4.3) The Participant permits the general public to take photographs of, or videotape, the submission while in the Lotus Art Gallery EXHIBIT.*

5) Liability and Insurance
5.1) Submissions in relation to this Agreement will not be covered by the Lotus Art Gallery standard insurance policies. As a result, the Lotus Art Gallery assumes no responsibility to compensate the Participant for any loss or damages incurred as a result of this Agreement. (Rest assure that the gallery is equipped with live security system and cameras).*

5.2) Furthermore, the Participant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Lotus Art Gallery from any and all claims, including but not limited to damages, losses, liabilities, demands, suits, judgments, settlements, causes of action, legal proceedings, penalties, fines or other sanctions and all cost arising in relation to this Agreement.*
