COVID-19 Event Safety Plan
Festival and event organizers, staff, volunteers, vendors and guests must follow all current Federal, Provincial and Regional standards for coronavirus protocols.
All festival and event organizers planning an event or festival in Georgina must provide a COVID-19 Event Safety Plan (complete below):
I, the applicant, have read and agree to abide by the requirements of the Town of Georgina Economic, Culture and Community Betterment Grant Program.
I agree to act with integrity and conduct business in an ethical manner in accordance with the Town of Georgina's Code of Conduct.
If successful in receiving this grant, I agree to submit the following documentation.
Documented expense claims should be provided to the Economic Development Office within 90 days of the program/event end date. Any excess funds should be returned to the Town.
I agree to provide a financial statement along with the above stated documents, completed within 90 days of the project completion.
Organizations shall indicate the Town's support of the event/program by placing the Town of Georgina wordmark on all marketing materials.
I attest that all information provided in this application and the supporting documentation is true and valid at the time of this application.
