Bluetooth speaker system, cleaning fee, and on-site event manager are all added in your rental.

Food: Client accepts full responsibility and liability for all foods served during their event at Local Fixture. Restaurant food, store bought foods and prepackaged foods are allowed. Cooking, baking, warming, heating, and food creating of any kind is not allowed in Local Fixture. Violation of this policies will lead to event shutdown and forfeiture of security deposit. The microwave and refrigerators are only for use by Local Fixture employees.
