      • Warranty & Terms and Conditions 

         

        Our 3 month warranty includes:

        Machine hardware, software and peripherals, provided as part of the placed order.

         

        Our warranty does not include:

        laptop batteries or battery lifespan, physical damage incurred after successful shipment, water damage, and software related issues outside what is expected from a computer reseller. (e.g. program compatibility, drivers after reinstall or upgrade, virus infections, or failure to perform routine maintenance, etc.).

        Our Warranty also does not apply to the aesthetics or age of the computer or laptop.


        While BC Technology for Learning Society is committed to providing functioning
        equipment, any subsequent liabilities or repairs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


        I agree that submitting this request does not guarantee available inventory levels and/or that my application is automatically qualified. All prices displayed above are for estimation purposes only and are by no means considered an invoice.


        Prices are subject to change without notice. BC Technology for Learning Society reserves the right to refuse any request.

      • Expected Process for Payment & Shipping:

        After you submit this application, your access code will soon be verified and we will contact you within 7 business days to arrange for payment.

        We accept e-transfer or credit card (MasterCard/Visa) over the phone. We cannot process debit cards or debit credit cards. E-Transfer is our preferred method of payment.

        After we have received and processed your payment, we will prepare your computer for delivery. This can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on inventory and other shipment requests we have in queue.  Shipping can take up to an additional week.

         

        After the equipment has shipped you will receive an email with the Canada Post tracking information.
