2021 Elite Program Coaching Application Form
Kitchener Minor Baseball is looking for knowledgeable motivated coaches to join our 2021 Elite program. Our program offers advanced year-round training honing players skills, interests and abilities. The KMBA Elite Program plays in the EBLO as well as AAA OBA teams travelling to the US and throughout Canada.

Requirements:
- Willingness to develop and teach within a system - operating the program pursuant to the guidelines set out by the KMBA Elite Committee and the EBLO
- Dedicated to teaching baseball mechanics and techniques at the highest level
- Must be able to travel to the US for tournaments
- Possess advanced baseball knowledge and excellent communication skills
