Vendor Fee for Saturday and Sunday - $85.00
Vendor hours – 10am-9pm
Vendors need to provide their own tent, tables and chairs, point of sale (POS) system and lights
Vendors have the option to share space with other artists – up to 4 per tent - an additional fee of $25.00 per artist will be added to Vendor Fee.
We are looking for local artists and artisans who create unique, quality, handcrafted items. For items that aren't made locally, the criteria is that they are fair-trade and ethically sourced with an International sanctioned organization.
Priority will be given to Vendors from Gabriola Island on a first come, first served basis.
Cultivate Festival provisions for Vendors:
10’x10’ space – first come first served basis
Power – for an extra fee -TBD
Security in the evenings - we have two people monitoring the entire site, however we recommend you take products off site and cover vendor tables. We take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged products.
Weekend pass - 1 per Vendor
Onsite Vendor coordination support
