Stabling requests are subject to polices set out in the Prize List and are subject to availability. Stabling requests are at the absolute discretion of the Stable Manager. Please be as accurate as possible about arrival and departure times. There can be no guarantees on special requests, although every effort will be made to accommodate.

Stall cleaning service:

NEW! An optional post-show stall cleaning service will now be offered. Contact Samantha Swinamer by text at (902)-790-3384 prior to arrival at the show grounds to arrange. The stall cleaning/bridle number deposit fee will be collected as usual when you pick up your registration package. Those using the service will return their bridle number and have their $25 kept and paid to Samantha. Those who wish to clean their own stall will have their deposit returned upon stall inspection and return of your bridle number.

Stabling is charged on a per day/night basis, i.e. arriving Friday and leaving Sunday after the show is considered two days. Trailering in for the day(s) and using a stall is charged per day. Using a stall for any part of the day on Saturday or Sunday will be charged for the full day(s).

Please calculate carefully and add the amount of fees to the entry form where indicated. Stable Manager will verify that the correct fees have been paid before assigning stalls. This is included on the Official Entry Form Fees.

Bags of shavings are not available for sale at the competition. Exhibitors must bring their own bedding.
