- Please note we are not a nut-free facility. While we do not use nuts in any of the baking activities there could be traces of nuts present in our products

- Payment for party booking is due upon booking. For full refund party must be cancelled 21 days prior to party

- Outside food is not permitted

- Party set-up is permitted 30 minutes prior to party / Take-down must be completed 30 minutes after conclusion of party

- List of party attendees (for goodie bags) is required 5 days prior to party. Please email to parties@gabiandjules.com

- All attending children must be older than 5 years of age

- If your party attendees exceed the max of 12, each additional child is $25 plus tax (max 2 more kids / only for kids 8 years or older)

- As our event space is confined, we highly recommend that only the parents of the birthday child remain present during the party

- Add-ons, incidentals and day-of purchases will be billed the day of the party
