  • Reservation and Damage Deposit: A Reservation/Damage deposit of $350, accompanied by a completed rental contract, confirms and holds your booking. This damage deposit part of your total fee and will come off your final invoice.
Payment Schedule/Billing: Your group will be billed using the confirmed number of participants you provide our office with, a minimum of three weeks prior to your rental dates. In the event that your group is larger than what was confirmed, your bill will increase according.
Cancellations: If cancellation takes place within 60 days of your retreat/event date and is due to reasons other than weather, your group will be charged the expected income of your group. If cancellation is due to weather conditions, we will try to reschedule your booking. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Schedule Considerations:
    • Tentative schedules are to be submitted three weeks prior to the event. If we have not received your schedule by then we can not guarantee the availability of the activities.
    • Pembina Valley Bible Camp reserves the right to review and revise the proposed schedule as needed.
    • Because of the size of the camp and the various purposes for which groups use our site, we reserve the right to book multiple groups. In the event of multiple bookings (more than one guest group at a time) we will coordinate scheduling.
    • If the camp is providing food service, then breakfast can be scheduled between 8:00am and 9:00am, lunch between 12:00pm and 1:00pm, supper between 5:00pm and 6:00pm and Sunday brunch 9am and 11am.
    Gratis Work:
    • In an effort to keep costs low for you, we do not hire people to clean up after rental groups. If using the chalets, cabins and/or dining hall, you will be asked to clean them before leaving. We recommend scheduling approximately 45 minutes for your group to clean up.
    • If PVBC is providing your meals and cooks, we will also set up for meals and do  the dishes. However, if your group is providing food and cooks you will be expected to set up for meals and do the dishes. Average time for dishes each meal is 1 hour.

    • Activities (horses, archery, climbing tower) need 75 minutes to allow for transition.

  • Statement of Faith and Life
God (Gen 1:1; John 1:1-15) We believe that there is one God, creator and sustainer of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ (John 1:1-14; 1 Cor 15:3-4; Luke 1:26-38) We believe in Jesus Christ as fully human and fully God. We believe in his virgin birth by the Holy Spirit, His sinless life, His miracles, His death on the cross bearing the sin of all mankind, His bodily resurrection from the dead, His ascension into heaven where He now is seated at the right hand of God, and His return to take the church to be with Him and to destroy the works of Satan.
Holy Spirit (2 Cor 1:21-22) We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God, and that as a result of salvation, the Holy Spirit lives in us, empowers us to live the Christian life and gifts us for spiritual ministry.
Satan (2 Cor 11:13-15; Rev 12:9; Gen 3:1-15; Eph 6:11-12) We believe that Satan is real, the enemy of God, the author of sin, and the seducer of mankind.
Man (Eph 2:1-3) We believe that man was created by God and in the image of God as pure and sinless, that he sinned and thereby incurred for himself and for the whole human race physical death, and also spiritual death which is separation from God; that as a result of this sin first committed by Adam, all human beings are sinners by nature and practice.
Salvation (John 3:16-17) We believe that Jesus Christ by His death on the cross made a perfect atonement for sin; that salvation is found only through Him; that all who believe in Him have the forgiveness of sins through His shed blood.
Scripture (2 Tim 3:15-17)We believe the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, to be the infallible Word of God. All we need to know concerning our need of salvation is clearly shown in its pages and is our supreme and final authority in faith and life.
Life After Death (Phil 3:12-21) We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust; the believers to the everlasting presence and enjoyment of God, and the unbelievers to everlasting conscious punishment.
The Church (Eph 1:22-23; Eph 5:21-22) We believe that the Church, the body of Christ is comprised of believers from every tribe, kindred, and tongue and is seen organized in local churches in accordance with the scripture.
The Christian Life (Eph 5:1-20; Rom 12:1-21; Rom 13:8-14) In our faith walk, we aim to guard and keep high standards for our individual testimonies, lest we be hindered or distracted as we strive to live faithfully for Christ in our society. We choose to use our Christian freedom to protect our reputations in areas of questionable moral conduct.
