    • Assist programs which reach out from the church to address needs in the community;
    • Research or strategic planning for the development of new ministry;
    • Launch new ministries or projects 'on the edge' of the church's experience or which are intended to address transformative change in the life of a Community of Faith; and
    • Develop community-based ministries, possibly partnering with other agencies.

    Who can apply?

    • Grants can only be made to a group that has a Charitable Registration Number.
    • Grants can be recurring, but annual reporting and review will normally be required.
    • While there are no longer Presbyteries, funding will continue to correspond to previous Presbytery boundaries. The six Pacific Mountain Region ProVision Funds are: Comox-Nanaimo Area, Fraser Area, Vancouver-Burrard Area, Victoria Area, Westminster and Pacific Mountain Region (for those areas not covered by other funds.)
