Application Requirements

The application fee is $42 + GST and is refundable if you're not approved.

1. After payment, you'll get a link to complete the actual application online.

2. Each adult must apply separately using their own info.

3. You can add your roommates' emails so they get the form too (no extra cost).

 

You'll need:

A scan of your government-issued ID
Your two most recent addresses (with postal codes)
Landlord contact info and a reference letter (if available)
Two recent pay stubs
A photo of any pets living or visiting
Once submitted, we’ll text you within 1–2 business days with an update or to request more info.
