Requirements for application

• The application fee is $40 +GST dollars and is refundable if the application is denied.
• Scanned copy of government issued ID for each applicant
• One or more most recent last residences including postal code
• Past landlord information and reference letter if possible
• One or more most recent pay stub(s)
• Picture of each pet who will be living or visiting the residence
• Social Insurance Number (SIN) *optional but will speed your application significantly
• One application per person
• Once your application is completed a member of our team will reach out to you within one to two business days via email to provided you with a status of your application and request any other information that is needed.
