KMBA Release Request Form

Kitchener Minor Baseball operates the Kitchener Panthers program with the intent of being the best minor baseball program in the province.

We want our players to play in Kitchener but we do respect that sometimes players need to seek opportunity elsewhere. To request a release to play in another center please review our policy below and then complete the request form.

KMBA Release Policy

To obtain a release from KMBA a player must meet one of the following criteria:

The player tried out for the Panthers Rep program and was not selected.
The Panthers Rep program does not offer a team at the players age level.
The player has another legitimate reason to require a release. This must be explained in the release request.
