New account: Select when there is a new, additional electricity or gas account or meter for an existing facility.

Replacement account: Select when new account continues consumption data from existing account. (Example: when an electricity meter is changed from bulk to interval).

Closed account: Select to close an account when no further consumption data is to be collected.
