Please complete the following table by developing SMART goals for yourself. These goals should relate specifically to how your involvement in the Leadership Program will help you develop and fine tune skills, assist you on your journey to finding employment, and promote future success in education and employment.
SMART Goals are a great way to help you stay on course to successfully complete a goal for yourself. SMART is an acronym for all of the different pieces of a goal:
S – SPECIFIC: what exactly do you want to accomplish? The who, what, when, where, why of your goal!
M – MEASUREABLE: how will you know when you have accomplished your goal? The how much, how often, how many of your goal!
A – ACHIEVABLE: what are the steps you need to take to accomplish your goal?
R – REALISTIC: be sure that you set an attainable goal based on your strengths and abilities
T – TIMELY: Set a deadline for your goal!
