The following rules need to be read and signed by ALL visitors/contractors before entry into the site.
All visitors must enter from the front office door and register with the front desk prior to entry.
Personal protective equipment must be worn while on the production floor. Steel toe shoes, safety glasses with side shields, metal detectable ear plugs, bump cap, lab coat (non-trade contractors & visitors), and a safety vest (when working outside in loading zones)
Please report all incidents immediately to your escort or associate contact.
All illnesses, open wounds and cuts, or any other health issues that have the possibility of spreading contamination, must be reported before entering the facility.
A site issued identification badge must be at all worn at all time within the site, below the waist.
The site utilizes forklifts/trucks in productions areas. Please be aware of truck traffic and follow the designated walkway paths where required.
Cell phones and photography is not allowed at the site unless authorized by the Site Manager.
No chemicals are allowed on site unless approved by the HSE Manager and accompanied with the appropriate MSDS information.
Visitors and contractors may not use our equipment without permission from the Site Manager.
Please wash your hands when entering and leaving the production floor.
All clothing and equipment must be clean and in good condition.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area.
No food, candy, chewing gum, drinks, tobacco etc. is allowed in the production areas.
No jewelry, watches, bracelets, rings, earrings, etc. are to be worn in production areas. If these items cannot be removed, they need to be covered with metal detectable tape prior to entry.
No accessories shall be worn above the waist.
Shoe covers must be worn at all times and shoe wash stations must be used where required.
Visitors and contractors must use hygeine junctions where they are required.
Site doors are not allowed to be propped open for any reason. This is a serious breach of GMP policy and site security protocol.
