Custom Jewelry terms & conditions:

A 100% deposit is mandatory in order for jewelry/item(s) to be ordered and/or made. *FULL PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE*

Please keep in mind that the deposit is nonrefundable in any event the client no longer wants/needs the item(s) ordered. However, is the client is unhappy with the chosen piece of jewelry they have ordered, they can use the deposited amount towards another purchase. Please bear in mind that custom orders are a strenuous and time-consuming process, therefore we have set a limit of 3 modifications per custom order, any additional customizing is subject to an extra charge.
