It is our policy to adopt to within a 150km radius of the Greater Moncton area. Anything over 150km falls outside our adoption radius.

** You must be 19yrs of age or older to adopt a cat from our organization.

Please note, we do not preapprove for unavailable cats/kittens as anything can happen between now and availability. It is your responsibility to watch for cats/kittens to come available.

I understand that should I need to part ways with my cat for any reason, he/she is to be returned to FFR to be rehomed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the event that FFR discovers the pet is being let outdoors, the inhumane treatment of this pet or breach of this contract, it is agreed that FFR has the right to immediately reclaim possession of the pet.
It is understood that home visits may be made to check up on the welfare of this animal if his or her health and safety is in question.
FFR makes no statements or warranties regarding the pet’s future health, medical status, or temperament.
Information will be provided by FFR as to the known health history of this animal but as the animal has been rescued, the past health history is usually unknown.
I agree that all statements I have made on this form are true. If it is found that any statements I have made on this form are not true, the adopted animal may be reclaimed by FFR
