    • Orders received by 2PM weekdays and by noon Saturdays can typically be delivered the same day (except certain holidays and long weekends). 
    • Orders received later may be delivered via express or one of our very own drivers at a slightly higher fee.
    • Expect arrival to businesses by 5PM and to residences by 6PM.
    • Delivery flexibility will be applied to your order wherein we will deliver based on:

      a.       recipient confirmation and

      b.       driver capacity.

  • City and GTA-wide delivery Monday to Saturday. We typically respond within 60 minutes of regular business hours.*

    Open six days per week. Open Sunday for specific floral holidays like Passover, Mother's Day, Rosh Hashanah and Valentines. Closed Saturday to Monday of long-holiday weekends.

  • We like to call ahead to all recipients!

    Our call ahead service protects your flowers and ensures delivery. Please note: it is our practice to call the recipient's home or office to notify and/or confirm your chosen delivery date or the date that works best for the recipient. Alternatively, it may be important for you to ensure your gift is delivered on your chosen date, as a surprise or to mark a special birthday or anniversary, even without a call ahead. Let us know.

  • DELIVERY OPTIONS

    Seasonal hours may apply in January, February and July/August and will be noted throughout these pages.

  • A - Regular Delivery

    ...is great for most Toronto addresses when your order is received before 11AM of your chosen delivery date. Delivery times are typically 1 to 5pm for businesses, 1 to 6pm for residences, and 1 to 3pm for schools. With some exceptions, "Regular Delivery" is used unless otherwise requested (see option B below).

  • B - Best Method/Expedite

    ...is the perfect solution when your flowers "just have to get there against all odds." Allow us to determine A or B based on experience and the time your order is placed. Additional fees of 20-30% may apply. Otherwise, be sure to specify option A above.

  • SIZING and PRICING

    Specify your gift by size and price within one of three categories (SM, MD, or LG). Delivery and HST are extra.
