BOOK YOUR MOVE-IN APPOINTMENT
(If you require the use of an elevator)
After you have confirmed when you will receive your keys, please follow the steps below to reserve your 3 hour move-in time and reservation of the elevator:

1.Click the CoconutCalendar link above.
2.For Location, select either the Foster building (1501 Foster St.) or the Martin building (1500 Martin Street), where you are moving into.
3.Check the box accepting you understand and agree to the terms of use for Move-In (Loading area & Elevator Use). Then click "Next"
4. Use the arrow or calendar icon to navigate to your preferred date
5. Select a 3 hour time slot on your preferred date by clicking on the time.
6. Fill in your details including your unit number, e-mail, phone number, and any other specific details you wish in the notes section. Then click "Book it!"
7. You will recieve a confirmation email from CoconutCalendar where you will be able to cancel your appointment as well.
If you require more than 3 hours, such as your movers giving you a 4 hour window for delivery, please book additional appointments as needed.

TERMS OF USE
MOVE IN and/or OUT
1. Owners must arrange for a move via the move-in website, www.fostermartinmoveins.com. We will arrange elevator lock off and hang protective coverings in the elevator.
2. Owners are required to ensure their move-in is scheduled after their sale closes and they have received keys.
3. Owners are to pay due care and attention to the elevator, surrounding walls, carpets and doors when moving furniture.
4. Residents are directly responsible for moving personnel and/or friends/relatives who are assisting with their move. All must adhere to the Bylaws and Rules of the Strata Corporation. At no time should the front entrance doors be left open and unattended.
5. All boxes must be flattened and properly disposed of in the receptacle provided for cardboard in the garbage room. Household items or junk must be disposed of by the Owner off-site, DO NOT leave these items in the garbage room.
6. As per the Strata Property Act, section 146, owners who are renting their suites must give the prospective tenant(s) the currant Strata Bylaws and Rules, and a Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities (Form K). The form K must be signed and returned to our office within two weeks of the tenant’s occupancy. The form is available on our website at https://www.fsresidential.com/british-columbia/homeowners/forms
