Healthy gluten-free baking with minimal sugar, and common ingredients to easily appeal to the pallet of every consumer, not just those who are gluten sensitive. Our recipes are our own and we prepare/bake within a gluten-aware kitchen reserved solely for gluten-free ingredients.
We also use Canadian ingredients: butter, flax and certified gluten-free oats to support fellow Canadian farmers.
Each oatcake is hand-dipped after tempering Callebaut Dark Belgian Chocolate creating a smooth, glossy coating which produces a crisp snap with every bite.
