In order to remain fiscally responsible, we ask our supporters to work their best with the materials allotted. Rights to use the designated intellectual property (logo) associated with your fundraising event include production of marketing materials (posters & flyers) to promote your event. Use of the logo is limited to the approved event and shall not be used for personal gain and or profit. All items produced by the event must be sent to Support Our Troops for review and approval prior to publication or community sharing. Usage of the intellectual property for other purposes or occasions requires explicit authorization of Support Our Troops.
Once you have registered your event and you have received approval from Support Our Troops you can post your event on your social media feeds such as; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and website. We ask that you share your social media site addresses that we too can help share your event and community involvement. All approved and registered events will be added to official calendar of upcoming events.
Upon registration and approval of your event you will receive an after-registration resource email with more information to help your successful event (e-copy of tips and tools, fundraising success tips, official intellectual property file).
