1) The event will take place at the Montreal West Curling Club - 17 Chemin Ainslie, Montréal-Ouest, QC H4X 1K4 - (514) 486-5831 on Sunday March 1, 2015.
2) Open to the public 10:30 am to 5pm.
Set-up begins at 9am and tear down can begin at 5pm and must be completed by 6:15.
3) No deposits will be accepted. Payment must be made in full to reserve a rental space. Payment is required within 5 business days of sumbission of registration form. All proceeds from craft sales go to the crafter.
4) All merchandise in the show must be hand crafted or specifically approved merchandise. The event committee reserves the right to refuse any display or items for sale that are deemed inappropriate.
5) Cancellation Policy: For cancellations prior to February 5, there will be a full refund. For cancellations from February 6 to 14, a 50% refund will be issued. There will be no refund for cancellations after February 14.
6) Vendor agrees to pay PetitsPawz $20 for any returned cheques.
7) Each vendor is responsible for his or her own money, cash box and sales receipts.
8) Check in and parking: There is an unloading area at the side of the building where you may unload and then move your car to nearby parking spot.
9) Donation: PetitsPawz will be holding a raffle to help support our animals in need. We are asking for each vendor to donate 1 item for the raffle. This is not mandatory but would be appreciated. Donated items will be collected in the morning of the fair. A tax receipt will be issued for each donation.
10) PetitsPawz will not be liable for damages or injury to persons or property, sustained by activities or conditions on the premises.
11) Crafters are responsible for protecting their property and merchandise from damage or loss.
