Please note that the YUGSA is not staffed outside of our Monday - Friday; 10AM-4PM office hours.
Booking requests for events scheduled outside of our office hours are primarily reserved for GRADUATE STUDENTS & GRADUATE STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS/ORGANIZATIONS ONLY.
*Applications must be submitted a minimum of ten (10) working days in advance of your event*
ALL SPACE BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO YUGSA's EXECUTIVES' APPROVAL.

You may NOT leave our space unattended at any time during your booking. This especially applies to events that are scheduled outside of our office hours. A representative (host) of your organization must be present AT ALL TIMES during your space booking/event.

Policy (New)
A $30 refundable deposit (cash or cheque) will be required for all booking requests in order to ensure that the space is returned in an acceptable condition.
By completing the YUGSA space request form you are agreeing to return the YUGSA space in the condition as outlined in the
"Space Usage Policy for YUGSA Conference Room"
document.
You are hereby advised that failure to do so may result in the loss of your $30 deposit at the sole discretion of the YUGSA.
