Timeline & Payment Information:
Allow 24 - 48 hours from date of submission to receive your custom quote.
Once you receive your quote, we require a $75 non-refundable deposit (which can be made over the phone) prior to starting your design.
Allow approximately 3 - 4 business days from date deposit is received before the first draft of your custom design is emailed to you.
Total time to design your invitations will depend on how many rounds of changes are required after your initial draft is provided and how quickly we are able to hear back from you after you receive changes. Three (3) rounds of revisions are included with each invitation, further rounds of changes will cost $10 each.
Once your design is approved, we will create a hard copy proof for you to view and approve. This copy will be available to view at our location, or can be mailed to you. If the proof is mailed to you, we will not be able to print your order until the signed proof is returned.
One hard copy proof is included in the cost of your order. Additional hard copy proofs are available at a cost of $16 each.
Once your hard copy proof is approved, we require a 50% deposit on the balance of your order. Once we receive your deposit, your invitations will take 3 - 4 weeks to complete.
Your remaining balance will be due at pickup, or prior to having the invitations shipped to your location.
Your invitations will not be printed without your signed or emailed approval. If you need a job in less than the allotted time frame, we offer a RUSH option. For an additional $100 depsit, your invitations can be ready within 2 weeks from approval (subject to stock availability).
Timelines do not include mailing time - we will make every effort to have samples & proofs to you in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post or a courier service.
