Hello!  Congratulations on your engagement and thanks for choosing Darling Girl Paper to be a small part of your big day. This form is for you to provide us with all of the details we need to create the perfect cootie catcher right from the start.  If you are unsure about any of the answers, you can add notes in any of the comment sections that will help me understand your vision or email me direcly - darlinggirlpaper@gmail.com.

Timeline: You should allow 24-72 hours for you to receive your initial rough draft once your purchase and all of your information is received.

Please ensure that your email address is correct.  If you are not the bride or groom, but will be handling the design, please be sure to put your information so that we can contact and coordinate with the appropriate person.

Please review the fonts below. You will need to choose 2 fonts. One can be totally fancy/ornate for your names/date/titles, and one should be simple for the questions/answers.

Please review the colour chart below. I generally suggest choosing 1-3 colours depending on your wedding day palette.

Please note that due to differences in monitors and printers the colours may appear different when you print at home. This chart should be used as a reference only. I always recommend test printing your drafts.

Don't see your specific wedding shade? Not a problem! If you have the CMYK/RGB numbers I can whip it up for you, or by uploading digital swatches below (like a picture) I can create any shade under the rainbow.

Please review the flourishes below and select one to complement the outer flaps of the cootie catcher.

We can create your cootie catcher to perfectly suit your needs. You can upload any files that you think would help us when customizing or creating your design {your invitations, inspiration images, etc}.

What would you like on the four outer flaps {usually your names, date, city you're married in, venue, short love quote}.

What would you like inside the centre square {ie. mad lib, menu, thank you message, donation information, bridal party names, wordsearch, etc}. Check out all my style options here.

Please provide 8 questions AND answers for each set of questions you are ordering. Check out all my question samples here. 

Please be aware of space restrictions as questions/answers cannot be too long.

Please DO NOT number your questions/answers. I copy and paste directly from the info you send me so please double check all content, spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.

If you are ordering multiple sets of questions you can break them into groups of 8 with Set 1, Set 2, Set 3, etc...If you do not do this I will use the questions in the order provided.

Electronic Proofs

Upon completion of this form and Etsy purchase, we will send a rough draft via email within 24-72 hours. Please take the time to look over this rough draft to ensure that all of your information is accurate. There is no charge for design changes, unless your requests require a major change in the original design.  In that case I will discuss this with you before any fees are applied.

Payment

Full payment is required before any design work can begin. You can make your purchase through DarlingGirlPaper by purchasing the listing that most closely matches what kind of design you're looking for. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds

I am committed to working with you to create a cootie catcher that you will be proud to display at your big day and offer unlimited revisions to make this possible. Because my work is custom I am sorry, but I cannot offer refunds on designs.
